Welcome to DL Software Solutions. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

DL Software Solutions provides website design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.

2. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate agreement that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These terms supplement any project-specific agreements.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

Each project phase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep all project information confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
